TERMS & CONDITIONS
When you book with us via our online e-ticketing platform, we will ask for your name, address, credit card details and telephone number and e-mail address. This allows us to fulfil your ticket request and track your order and contact you regarding your booking. No personal information provided by you will be used for marketing purposes except as agreed by you or as allowed under GDPR. However, you will have the opportunity to unsubscribe to any such communications. If you do not wish to receive further information, please email the event on boxoffice@badminton-horse.co.uk
CANCELLATION or ABANDONMENT
If the event is cancelled or abandoned, prepaid tickets will be refunded in full upon request within 28 days following the event in respect of any day that is cancelled before the start of that day’s competition. In respect of items covering the whole event (Season Tickets, Camping Site, etc.) the following proportions will be refunded: cancelled before Wednesday or Thursday starts 100%; before Friday 85%; before Saturday 60%; before Sunday 15%. To be valid, request for refunds must be received in writing no later than 10th June 2024. Badminton Horse Trials will have no responsibility or liability of any nature in respect of any request received after this date.
TICKET PURCHASE AND REFUNDS
Any persons involved in making unlawful resale, attempted unlawful resale or duplicating tickets for profit will be subject to grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
No duplicate can be issued, nor refund made in respect of any lost, forgotten, unused or surplus vehicle passes or personal admission tickets. Neither will refunds be issued to any person who arrives after the opening times advertised for the relevant day.
Grandstand tickets only: Subject to a deduction of 50%, money will be refunded on any grandstand ticket returned before 31st March 2024. No refund after that date.
ADVANCED TICKET SALES
Tickets are subject to availability.
GRANDSTAND SEATS / CAMPING SITE PITCHES
We reserve the right to allocate alternative Grandstand seats and Camping Site Pitches to those requested.
ONLINE TICKET ORDERS
It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to print the tickets. It is not the responsibility of Badminton Horse Trials to send any tickets to those who order tickets online.
Please check your booking before completing the order and please check your tickets on receipt, as mistakes cannot always be rectified. Unless notification of your order is received from Badminton Horse Trials no booking is confirmed.
Each Ticket has a unique barcode number which can be used once in a day for entry to the Event.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the Event Organisers of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the goods. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers ordering online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address.
GENERAL INFORMATION
It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to contact Badminton Horse Trials Box Office in the event of non-delivery. Badminton Horse Trials will not be responsible for data communications failure or malfunction. All bookings may carry a booking fee as determined by the Event Organisers. By placing an order on this site, you accept any booking fees charged. Badminton Horse Trials agreement is to supply tickets, subject to availability. In the event of any errors, which are the direct result of actions of Badminton Horse Trials management or staff, we are only responsible for the refund of the cost of the ticket. Our agreement does not cover the cost of travel or accommodation. Event Organisers cannot take responsibility for travel difficulties such as strikes or inclement weather, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY & RESERVATION OF RIGHT
Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the Organisers, Badminton Horse Trials Ltd., the British Equestrian Federation, British Eventing, The Trustees of the Somerset Trust, The Duke of Beaufort and his Estates, Swangrove Estates Ltd. nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness to horses, owners, riders, grooms, spectators, sponsors, dogs, exhibitors, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to Badminton Horse Trials to any persons or to withdraw permission at any time to remain in the Park and shall not be required to give any reason for such action.
Furthermore, the Organisers reserve the right to amend the allocation of grandstand seats, tickets and all other passes without notice.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice, at the discretion of the Organisers.
GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
You can exchange Badminton Gift Vouchers for the following types of tickets only: Personal Admission, Car Parking, Membership Badges, Portcullis Club, Radio Vouchers, Campsite Pitches/Passes and Grandstand Seating, this can be done online or over the telephone. All vouchers must be redeemed by the expiry date of Tuesday 30th April 2024. Vouchers cannot be redeemed at the gate or on site on the day.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Full value of the Gift Voucher must be redeemed by the expiry date above. No change / refund can be given. We cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged gift vouchers.
When purchasing a gift Voucher, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the email address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Voucher.
We reserve the right to amend the Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
