At Badminton
The Badminton Camping site is the perfect place to base yourself for a great Badminton experience. Just a short walk form the main show ground and the campsite will be open from the Tuesday. We welcome caravans, motor homes, horse boxes and tents, all able to be booked online when the Box Office opens in January using our interactive site plan.
General Camping Information
The Camping Site will be open daily during the Event from 6.30am – 11.00pm. ‘Quiet’ time will be observed outside these hours and all generators must be switched off from 11.00pm – 6.30am. Please note that the Camping Site Onsite Office will be operational from 7am – 8pm daily. A Hub has been introduced and here you will find a coffee and food concession, a TV showing the Badminton TV coverage of the event, Wi-Fi hot spot and a place to sit and chat with friends. The Dauntsey Farm Shop are adjacent where you can buy essential groceries etc. There is also a Shop in the Village , only 50m from the Park gates. The village store is a grocers and post office stocking groceries and fresh produce, various wines, beers and soft drinks. Toilets, showers, water points and chemical waste points are available. There is also a Calor Gas and Camping Gaz compound on site with daily deliveries. Full Camping Site details will be sent with your booking.
Caravans; Motorhomes; Live-in Horseboxes; Tents (electric hook ups are not available):
A Campsite Pitch Pass admits either a motor-home, horsebox, caravan or tent to the Camping Site. A “Campsite/Season Public” car pass will also be issued which will give a car access to Camping Site during your stay and the Public Car Parks on Wednesday to Friday and Sunday. On Saturday, parking is only available at the Campsite and not the Public Car Parks.
All passes must be purchased in advance and all vehicles entering the Camping Site must bear the relevant pass. Additional Camp Site/Season Public car passes are only available to those booking or having booked a Camping Site and limited to one additional pass per pitch.
Sites will be allocated according to pitch size. All items, e.g. caravan, tent, car, awning, etc. must fit within the pitch, with the exception of an “additional car” which may be sited nearby. As a guide, a small 1 or 2 man tent and car will normally fit into a Small Pitch (4m frontage x 5m depth). A “standard sized” caravan, car and awning will normally fit into a Standard Pitch (7m frontage x 8m depth) . Also available is a Large Pitch reserved for larger vehicles (12m frontage x 8m depth).
For each booked pitch, two Campsite/Personal admission (whole event) badges will be issued, for admission to the Camping Site and the event grounds. Additional Campsite/Personal admission (whole event) badges may be purchased from the Box Office in advance.
All persons (including driver of car/ motor-home / horsebox) require Campsite/Personal Admission badges except for Children 12 years and under who have free admission.
Full site details will be forwarded when tickets are purchased. All tickets are subject to availability.
NO SITE NUMBER OR LOCATION CAN BE GUARANTEED.

CAMPING SITE CHARGES 2025
Caravan, Motor-home, Live-in Horsebox or Tent – to include admission of car to the Public Car Parks plus 2 Campsite / Personal Admission badges – available up to the 30th April 2025 only (subject to availability).
- Small Pitch (4m frontage x 5m depth) to include Car Pass and 2 Campsite / Personal Admission Badges £330 if booked by 31st March or £360 from 1st April.
- Standard Pitch (7m frontage x 8m depth) to include Car Pass and 2 Campsite / Personal Admission Badges £380 if booked by 31st March or £412 from 1st April.
- Large Pitch (12m frontage x 8m depth) to include Car Pass and 2 Campsite / Personal Admission Badges £417 if booked by 31st March or £448 from 1st April. Please note that Large Pitches can only be purchased by telephoning the Box Office.
- Additional Season Campsite/Public Car Pass £62 (if booked by 31st March) or £72 (from 1st April and available up to the 30th April 2025 only).
(Additional Campsite / Season Car passes are only available to those booking or having booked a camping site) - Additional Campsite /Personal Admission (whole event) badge: £106 (if booked by 31st March) or £118.50 (from 1st April and available up to the 30th April 2025 only).

Glamping
The Badminton Retreat – the official provider of luxury glamping at Badminton. The glamping site will be located in the heart of the action by Huntsmans Close on the cross country course with stunning views across the parkland of the Duke of Beaufort’s Badminton Estate.
